Rose quartz, the crystal of unconditional love. Much like it’s name this tea is aligned with the heart and heart health. A natural mood booster full of vitamin C and powerful antioxidants. Drinking this tea is an act of self love so pour yourself a glass and marvel at it’s deep pink glow. Bring water to a boil and steep over ½ tbsp - 1 tbsp of herbs. Let steep for atleast 3 minutes up to 8 minutes. The longer you steep the more tart it will be. You can sweeten it even more with honey or make it an iced tea and enjoy it out in the sun.
